IDROSCALO OF COMO : Idroscalo of Como's area is delimited by a corridor of yellow buoys, illuminated in the night, it's exclusively intended for the take-off/landing of seaplanes and inside it's absolute prohibited to navigate and crossing it.
The International Como Sea plane Base was established in 1930 where seaplanes have been operating since 1913. It's the only seaplane base in Italy and the largest sea plane facility in Europe. Como is an "Airport of Entry" for aircraft from/to non Schengen countries.
