Anzasco, administratively municipality of Piverone, is positioned in the north-western part of the lake of Viverone, last edge of the territory Canavesano-Eporediese, abandoned between the plan and the morainic hill of the Serra of Ivrea. It is a touristic center that offers good services, rich of damp and marshy zones, unique in their typology and maintenance. In its proximities there are precious testimonies of history and culture of the Bleedings and the Vittimulis' period, of the Romans and of the Middle Ages. In Piverone, interesting the museum "La Steiva", that picks up realities of life country and handicraft place of the '800 and the first part of '900 and the restored church of Santa Maria de Ursacio of the late Middle Ages.
